Chelsy McGowan
Chelsy is a right sided defender who, despite her size,
is an excellent header of the ball. She is a good passer
of the ball and links play well with the midfield and
forwards.
Aimee Caswell
Aimee is the anchor in the centre of City's
midfield. She is brave in the tackle and has a
simplistic attitude to her football, in so much as she
rarely gives to ball away. She also has an excellent
footballing brain which enables the other midfiled
players to get forward knowing that she will plug the
gaps.
Danni Warren - Defender
Danni was last seasons 'most improved player', she has continued to
develop and has included in her game the ability to give an accurate
pass to her team mates. She has also started to 'read' the game and
makes her own decisions.
Shirley Boulton - Defender
Shirley is club captain, who unfortunately has only played 4 games due
to a serious knee injury. She is an excellent technically gifted
footballer who has been missed by her team mates.
Becky Lamb - Midfield
Becky is the 'Gerry Gow' of the team, she never stops running covering
both the defence and then staring attacks.She has excellent skill and
should score more goals.
Jade Garvey - Midfield
Jade is another player who never stops running, incredible energy
levels. Jade has excellent skill when running with the ball at speed and
can win games on her own.
Emily Hallam
Emily is a very skilfull left sided defender, who
loves to get forward. She is strong in the tackle and
has an excellent range of passing. Emily is also two
footed and does not hesitate to shoot when given the
chance.
Kirsty Doherty
Kirsty has established herself as the 1st choice
right back, she reads the game well, is fast and uses
the ball to great effect. She is also good in the air
and never pulls out of a challenge.

Chloe
Starling - Midfield
Chloe is a new signing this season, and what a difference she has made
to the team. She quite literally is the engine room of the team and
always leads by example.
Kirsty Sharples - Midfield
Kirsty, who is vice-captain of the team, is a skillfull left footer,
who always works hard for the team. She has the ability to beat
defenders with her tricks or power passed them and score an unstoppable
goal.
Sabrina Bezzaa - Forward
Sabrina is currently the leading goal scorer for the team, she has the
ability to hit the ball with power, but keep it low She also possess a
good touch and has started to include link up play to her game.
Colette Garvey
Colette is a quality player who can play in a number of different
positions. She never gives less than 100% and is blessed with blistering
pace which enables her get to get into goal scoring positions and get
her fair share of goals.
Rachael Davies
Racheal is the most natural goalscorer at the club, she strikes the
ball cleanly with either foot and will undoubtably finish as the teams
top scorer. She also has an excellent touch which enables her to create
chances for her team mates.
Lauren Ferguson
Lauren is also a top quality forward who scores her own fair share
of goals, she has excellent skill and is technically superb when
striking the ball. She is also an intelligent player who takes up
excellent positions and has developed a good understanding with her
striking partner.
Jenny Hill
Jenny is a strong no nonsense defender who has come into the side,
her excellent displays have made her a mainstay off the team. She is now
developing into an excellent centre half, who can only get better.
Jenny Doherty
Jenny is potentially the best keeper at the club, she is confident,
vocal and has a safe pair of hands. She organises her defence well and
is always available to help her defenders as she is as confident with
the ball at her feet as she is with her hands.
